One of the requirements to obtain economic citizenship in the Commonwealth of Dominica is to prove you don’t have a criminal record. For U.S. applicants, you obtain a copy of your FBI criminal record. You have local police take your fingerprints, and then submit them to the FBI. Hopefully, you’ll receive a “certificate of no record” back from the FBI.
